DEPARTMENT OF RADIO DIAGNOSIS

Mission of the department 

Calicut Medical College is one of the premier health care institutions in Kerala under State Government catering to the health needs of people of the five northern districts of the state comprising a population of more than one crore.

The department is functioning 24 hours throughout the year including Sundays and public holidays.   It has to be pointed out that Department of Radiodiagnosis, Medical College, Calicut is having much workload than any other Radiology departments in Kerala and it makes much revenue than other departments.
